Turkish side, Fenerbahce, have signed Serbia winger Milos Krasic for a fee of 7 million euros. It was expected that Krasic would leave Juventus because although he enjoyed good start at the Turin giants he didn’t continue his fantastic form in the following eighteen months. This also led to a quiet second season for him as Juventus coach, Antonio Conte, didn’t field him too often. Milos Krasic agreed to a four year contract with the Turkish giants.
This move is surprising if one remembers how Krasic started his Juventus career. In his first months at Juventus he was the one that made the difference and also became a fan favourite. But to everyone’s surprise that all changed. Many say that in his first months he performed well because he enjoyed better condition than others thanks to his participation in the Russian league whilst others believe that his form changed when the Italian media attacked him after a dive that earned Juventus a penalty in a match against Bologna. No one knows for sure why his performances deteriorated but it is sad as he had declared that he is a big fan of Juventus and he had also paid $10,000 to fly earlier to Turin which showed his commitment to Juventus.
