Vucinic & MarchisioThe match played in Bologna yesterday evening finished with the result 0-2, thanks to Mirko Vucinic and Claudio Marchisio.

A positive trend for Juventus in the last matches: three victories and the important draw in Naples. However, the match in Bologna has not been easy: Pioli’s team won the three matches before and has shown concentration and the right mental attitude almost for the whole match also against Juventus. Vucinic’s goal at 16′ of the second half, thanks to Marchisio’s assist changed the situation of Bologna.

During the first half indeed, Bologna had several occasions, Diamanti and Gilardino have been so close to the goal, unfortunately without the final realization. Also the second half started with Bologna’s attack.

On the other hand, Giovinco squandered at least two opportunities for each half. After Vucinic’s goal, Bologna collapsed: Pioli’s players wanted the draw at any cost and started playing without an organized system. This permitted the second goal of Juventus: at 28′ Marchisio scored another goal thanks to Vucinic’s assist. The remaining part of the match has no importance: Juventus maintained the adantage till the end against a tired Bologna.

This match represents a further advancement for Juventus, there are now 9 matches to play and Conte’s team is +12 over Napoli, that will play this afternoon against Atalanta. The possibilities of an overtaking are almost vain.
