Isco is a target for real Madrid and Manchester CitySpanish giants Real Madrid look set to spend big this summer.

Choice

According to Sky Sports, Real Madrid are set to battle it out with Premier League Manchester City for Malaga starlet Isco.

The highly rated young playmaker is currently away on international duty with Spain’s under-21 at the European Championships.

Both clubs look prepared to pay around £30million to secure the signature of one of the most highly talented young players in the world game.

Isco impressed last season, scoring nine goals in La Liga and helping Malaga to the quarter-finals of the Champions League in their debut season. His performances were enough to turn the heads of some of Europe’s top clubs. The youngster looks to have a big decision ahead of him.

Beautiful

Another Los Blancos target Edinson Cavani has described Real Madrid as a ‘beautiful team’ with speculation linking the Uruguayan with a move to the Spanish capital.

The prolific Napoli striker has also been linked with a move to the Premier League, as Chelsea and Manchester City (surprise, surprise) are reportedly interested in signing the striker.

Cavani’s father has already stated that Real Madrid is his son’s preferred destination and that talks have taken place. However, neither Real Madrid nor Napoli has confirmed this speculation.

Title

Real Madrid’s hierarchy is desperate to wrestle the Spanish title back off arch-rivals Barcelona. It seems that they believed spending money is the way to do that. It may not be that easy though, as Barca have a little Argentinian genius, who can do everything but walk on water in Lionel Messi.
