Today Andrea Stramaccioni celebrates his first year as coach of Inter Milan. He is a young coach, that last year was considered as a sort of bet, due to his lack of experience in Serie A. He started coaching Inter Milan, when Moratti’s team was passing through a period of crisis last year, and improved the team till reaching the qualification for the preliminary phase of Europe League of this year.

However, football is always a complex world. Also this year, Stramaccioni is confronting with a crisis: the recent elimination from Europe League after the double defeat against Tottenham and a dark period in Serie A.

On the other side, Stramaccioni has gained important results: 1 victory and 2 draws during the direct matches against AC Milan, and most importantly the victory against the strong Juventus, that till that moment had never lost a match in Juventus Stadium. Now Stramaccioni wants to defeat Juventus, for the second time during the same season, in the match that will be played in San Siro next Saturday.

Till this moment the balance of Stramaccioni in Inter Milan counts 54 matches: 29 victories, 10 draws and 15 defeats. According to the latest declarations made by the president Moratti, Stramaccioni will remain Inter Milan’s coach also for the following year.
