Santi Cazorla is now an Arsenal player as the London side agreed with Malaga on a fee of 16.5 million sterling. Cazorla is considered to be a high profile player as he enjoyed great spells at club level with Spanish sides Villareal and Malaga but most importantly he represented Spain at international level 45 times also scoring 6 goals. He was part of the Spanish squad that won the European Championships in 2008 and more recently in 2012. He didn’t form part of the squad that won the World Cup in 2010 cause of injury.
Santi Cazorla is a winger with fine technique that dribbles players easily. Another quality of Cazorla is the ease with which he finds the back of the net. Last season he scored 9 goals. This signing should put a smile on Arsenal fans as this signing signals the ambitions of the London side.
