Italy — 17 April 2013

Today Inter Milan and Roma are going to play the semi-final of the Italian Cup. The winner of this match will play against Lazio the final in May. This match is a sort of challenge between two teams that are not playing in an excellent way in Serie A. Roma won the first match 2-1 and has more possibilities than Inter Milan to play the final. Mattia Destro

Andrea Stramaccioni has to reorganize his team considered the numerous absences: Milito, Castellazzi, Chivu, Gargano, Nagatomo, Palacio, Cassano, Mudingayi and Obi will not be available due to  injuries, while Guarin and Pereira are out due to a disqualification. The coach needs Juan and Alvarez, even if, during the trainee session of yesterday, they have not shown a perfect physical condition. Rocchi will play for sure as only striker in this team that is passing through a difficult period.

Aurelio Andreazzoli declared yesterday that this one will be Mattia Destro’s match. The young player will play for sure together with Francesco Totti. Absent for sure Osvaldo, due to a disqualification. In the midfield Pjanic will be not available, while the presence of Daniele De Rossi is still a doubt. Roma will count also on Marquinhos, that will return regular in the defense.

The match is important to increase the morale of both the teams: Roma and Inter Milan have still the possibility to win this competition and to gain the qualification for 2013-2014 Europe League.
