During the last press conference, Massimiliano Allegri commented on the current situation of AC Milan. He tried to explain why AC Milan is now having a series of positive results, despite the terrible initial phase.  He identified the humanity of his players as the key of the current success of AC Milan, together with their ability of reaction in difficult situations.

Allegri commented also on Balotelli and the situation of racism in Italy. About Balotelli, Mr Allegri said that SuperMario’s happiness is visible; in fact the player in AC Milan is the protagonist of the project, also for the future, and having more responsibilities helps Balotelli to be more calm and more concentrated on the field.

About racism, Allegri confirmed his support to Kevin Prince Boateng, that in January left the field due to racist insults. He explained that the problem of racism is instilled in Italian society, and first of all it is necessary to start a campaign to sensitize children.

Galliani, after the match against Palermo, declared that he has full confidence in Massimiliano Allegri and that he will be for sure the future coach of AC Milan. Allegri will remain in Milan also next year, because during this season he is working in an excellent way. Galliani said that at the beginning of Serie A, he was aware of the difficulties of training a new and young team and, for this reason, also in dark moments, he had maintained his positive opinion about Allegri.
