Taye Taiwo is leaving AC Milan after only 6 months from his arrival to move to English side QPR. Queen Park Rangers have signed the Nigerian international on a six month loan deal. It was announced by Taiwo’s agent, Fabio Parisi, on twitter. Taiwo’s move should satisfy all parties as Taiwo will be getting more playing time, QPR signed a quality defender whilst Milan will hope that he manages a string of positive performances to either welcome him back to their squad or sell him at a higher price.
Taye Taiwo joined AC Milan last summer for free following a six year stay at French side Olympique de Marseille. Taiwo joined Marseille at only 20 years of age and managed to establish himself as a key player. He also represents Nigeria at international level. He played 48 matches and scored five goals for Nigeria.
