Juventus striker, Luca Toni, is attracting interest by several teams. At first it seemed that he was going to stay in Italy where AC Cesena were very interested in him, as they are looking to reunite the tandem Mutu-Toni, a striking force that made the fortunes of Fiorentina a few years back. Now French side Olympique Marseille is also interested in the Italian striker but they’re facing stiff competition from Canadian side Montreal Impact.
Juventus are very eager to get Luca Toni off their books as he is a high earner at the club even though he hasn’t yet played an official match this season. Juventus are ready to grant Toni a free transfer to allow him to join any team he wishes.
Juventus signed Luca Toni in last January’s transfer window after Fabio Quagliarella got injured. He managed 14 appearances and 2 goals last season. This season he has been deemed surplus by new coach, Antonio Conte therefore he hasn’t managed any playing time.
