Thiago-Silva-misses-AC-Milan-210255A number of bookmakers have stopped taking bets on Norwich striker Grant Holt moving to Championship Wigan.

The 32-year-old had a difficult second season in the top flight last season, after scoring 15 goals on the Canaries return to the top flight the previous season.

Norwich are actively seeking forward additions and it seems that Holt is now deemed surplus to requirements at Carrow Road.

Stoke’s England keeper Jack Butland could move to Spain this summer, according to his agent. The young keeper only joined the Potters in January, but spent the remainder of the season on-loan at former-club Birmingham.

Should Asmir Begovic stay with the Potters then Butland could move out on-loan once again. There is believed to be interest in the 20-year-old from Celta Vigo and Real Sociedad.

Another youngster who has moved abroad is Chelsea full-back Patrick van Aanholt. The 22-year-old has re-joined Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long. This will be Van Aanholt’s third spell with the Eredivisie side.

Highly-rated young Real Madrid winger Jese Rodriguez is being linked with a move to Tottenham, after the 20-year-old admitted that he is getting frustrated by the lack of chances for him in the first team at Real.

Jese scored 22 goals in Real’s B side last season and was one of the stars of the show for Spain in the under-20 World Cup.

One Real Madrid player that does look to be heading out of the Bernabeu this summer is winger Jose Callejon. Callejon is being linked with a £8.6million move to Italy with Rafa Benitez’s Napoli, after struggling to cement a regular first team place at the Bernabeu.

PSG and Brazil centre-back Thiago Silva has told friends that he wants to move to Real’s arch-rivals Barcelona this summer, amid reports that the Catalans giants are set to launch a bid for the talented former-AC Milan star.

Will Thiago Silva move to Barcelona this summer?
