The first round of Confederations Cup has been concluded, showing some good performances and some other disappointing results.

BRAZIL vs JAPAN

The first match has been played by the host team and showed all the possibilities of Brazil. 3-0 the final result. Brazil played in an excellent way, especially in the attack phase. Japan tried to resist, playing in a rapid way, but nothing has been enough against a solid team as Brazil. Authors of the goals have been Neymar, Paulinho and Jo. The goal of Neymar has been a real masterpiece.

ITALY vs MEXICO

Mexico has been one of the bad teams of this competition till now. They have played without motivation and concentration, showing a terrible defense. The result 2-1 for Italy is a present for Mexico. Authors of the goals Pirlo, that has celebrated in this way his 100 presences in the Italy national team, Balotelli and Javier Hernandez, thanks to a penalty, donated to Mexico by Barzagli.

SPAIN vs URUGUAY

Spain has shown his clear superiority, while Uruguay played a negative match compared to his possibilities. Spain has managed all the match, giving Uruguay a few occasions, not realized.  The result 2-1 is reducing for Spain. Authors of the goals: Pedro, Soldado and Suarez.

NIGERIA vs THAITI

As expected, Thaiti is in Brazil to participate and not to win something. 6-1 the result for the Nigerian team, that played in a good way, having the possibility to overpass Uruguay in his round. 3 goals have been scored by the young promise Oduamadi, top scorer of this championship till now.
