Blackpool have accepted a bid from Cardiff for Tom IncePremier League new boys Cardiff have had an £8million bid accepted for Blackpool winger Tom Ince, according to Sky Sports.

The England under-21 international was in impressive form last season for the Tangerines.

Manchester United boss David Moyes will swoop for Benfica centre-back Ezequiel Garay according to reports on the Guardian.

The Argentinian defender is rated in the £17million bracket. The former-Real Madrid ace could become Moyes first major signing at Old Trafford.

United’s arch-rivals Manchester City could also be set to raid the Portuguese giants with a move for striker Oscar Cardozo. The £15million rated Paraguayan striker is also interesting aforementioned Premier League new boys Cardiff.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa striker Darren Bent is desperate to secure a move away from the Villans. Newcastle and Fulham look like his most likely destinations this summer. The England striker is likely to recoup just £8million of the £18million Villa paid Sunderland for the striker.

Reports from Croatia suggest that Tottenham have agreed a £15million fee with Dinamo Zagreb for highly-rated young pair Tin Jedvaj and Alen Halilovic. The 17-year-old pair are regarded as two of the top up-and-coming youngsters in their age group and Manchester City have previously held an interest in the pair.

North east club Sunderland have completed the signing of French defender Valentin Roberge on a free transfer. The 25-year-old was formerly with Portuguese side Maritimo, but his contract expired this summer.

The Black Cats have also secured the services of midfielder Cabral. The Cape-Verde born star arrives on a three-year contract, after impressing for Swiss side Basel in recent seasons.

According to the Guardian, French giants PSG could be set to make a £20million bid for Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye. The French international is also believed to be attracting the interest of English champions Manchester United.
