Juventus have conceded only one goal in the last four matches with Andrea Barzagli being one of the reasons for such a strong defence. Barzagli was the man of the match in today’s win by Juventus against Lecce. When interviewed right after the match, Barzagli stated that they have a great midfield and attack. Their job as defenders is not to concede goals as if they manage to do so the team will definitely manage to score a goal. He also added that all the players are helping each other with the defenders helping the attackers and vice versa. He also said that extending their unbeatable streak is becoming tougher with every game as their opponents are eager to stop Juventus. Lastly, he mentioned that the title race is still wide open but they are working hard to constantly improve themselves.

When asked whom he’ll support next week when AC Milan face Inter Milan he replied that he has no preference as the most important thing is that Juventus keep on winning.
