Italy Serie A — 30 May 2013

The season has concluded in a bad way for Roma: no qualification in Europa League, no Coppa Italia andMaarten Stekelenburg internal problems that are increasing day by day.

Osvaldo is a big problem for the Club, due to his last declarations and his difficult nature. Roma wants to sell the striker as soon as possible and could considerably reduce his cost to make this possible. Two clubs till now have shown a real interest in Osvaldo: Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid. Also PSG is interested in the player, but it seems a less probable alternative.

Roma has also to deal with the departure of Stekelenburg, the goalkeeper. In fact, the Dutch player has just signed a contract with Fulham. Numerous the alternatives: Sorrentino, Julio Cesar and De Sanctis. Stefano Sorrentino has more possibilities to arrive in Roma, because, after the relegation in Serie B of Palermo, he does not have anymore a confirmed place in a team. Roma is an attractive option for him, because it is a club in which he could show all his abilities.

The other problem regards the coach: Andreazzoli seems far away from the confirmation and Allegri has not decided yet if Roma is his destination, or if he remains in AC Milan. The supporters want the return of Zdenek Zeman, that has been exempted in January.

Roma will be reorganized this summer to become competitive next year at higher levels than this season.
