Transfer News — 10 January 2012

Luis SuarezUruguay and Liverpool striker, Luis Suarez, is considering a move away from Liverpool and England after the recent suspension he received from the English Football Association. He thinks that he got suspended unfairly as he never abused Evra racially. The English FA decided to inflict an 8 match ban to the Liverpool striker. Before the suspension it would have never passed his mind to leave Liverpool but since then it seems that he doesn’t only want to change club but country too.

It has been reported that Spanish giants, Real Madrid, are interested in him and that they’re ready to pay up to 30 million sterling for the 24 year old. It still has to be known if Liverpool are ready to sell their most prized asset. Liverpool signed Suarez last January from Dutch side Ajax for a fee of 22.8 million sterling.
